Freedom Fighter Paddle — Ukraine Edition Pre-Order

AUGUST 2026 · ENGLISH OPEN · BIRMINGHAM, UK

Ukraine Wins Gold and Bronze

At the 2026 English Open at the NEC in Birmingham, Ukrainian adaptive pickleball players won both gold and bronze in the prosthetics category.

Gold: Leonid Yashchenko & Maksym Veliseyko
Bronze: Illia Pylypenko & Oleksandr Kukharenko

The result is another milestone for Ukraine’s growing adaptive pickleball program. ANYWHERE is proud of its continuing relationship with the Ukrainian Pickleball Federation, the same federation relationship behind the Freedom Fighter Paddle.

This is what makes the Freedom Fighter Paddle more than a design. It is connected to real players, real competition and a real pickleball community in Ukraine.

Pre-Order the Next Production Run

The Freedom Fighter Paddle — Ukraine Edition is available here at a special $99 pre-order price for the next production run.

This is not an in-stock purchase. By pre-ordering, you commit before production and accept later fulfillment in exchange for the pre-order price.

Want the paddle now? The in-stock Ukraine Edition remains available separately at its standard $200 retail price while inventory is available.

Get one, gift one

Every Freedom Fighter Paddle purchase also puts one paddle into our relationship with the Ukrainian Pickleball Federation.

Your pre-order reserves a Ukraine Edition Freedom Fighter Paddle for you from the next customer production run. Through Get one, gift one, a paddle is also supplied separately through our relationship with the Ukrainian Pickleball Federation: those paddles are manufactured and shipped to the federation at a later stage, on their own schedule, and the model supplied is matched to the federation’s current needs.

This is a commercial product purchase through Anywhere Pickleball LLC. It is not a tax-deductible charitable donation.

Fight — and You Shall Overcome

The Ukraine Edition was created through the partnership between Anywhere Pickleball and the Ukrainian Pickleball Federation, with Ukrainian artists. Every element of the design carries meaning.

Taras Shevchenko. Etched in gold across the face is one of the most powerful lines in Ukrainian literature: “Борітеся — поборете!” (“Fight — and you shall overcome.”), written in 1845 by Taras Shevchenko, Ukraine’s national poet. Across generations it has become a call to courage: perseverance and unity lead to victory.

Blue and yellow. The colors draw from Ukraine’s flag: blue skies above golden wheat fields.

The white stork (Leleka). At the heart of the design is the white stork, a beloved Ukrainian emblem of home, hope and return. Each spring the storks come home to rebuild their nests.

The Tryzub. Ukraine’s golden trident, a national symbol of sovereignty and strength. On the paddle the stork flies in the shape of the Tryzub: two symbols in one.

Together they make a paddle about resilience, solidarity and the simple human connection of playing together.

Built Through a Real Pickleball Partnership

The Freedom Fighter Paddle exists inside a real relationship. In June 2025, Anywhere Pickleball became the Ukrainian Pickleball Federation’s first American partner. The Ukraine Edition was co-designed with the federation and Ukrainian artists.

In March and April 2026, the Freedom Fighter Paddle was the official competition paddle of the First Ukrainian Veterans Pickleball Championship in Kyiv, organized by the Ukrainian Pickleball Federation with Ukraine’s Ministry of Veterans Affairs. 104 veterans from 20 regions took part.

In August 2026, Ukrainian adaptive players took gold and bronze in the prosthetics category at the English Open in Birmingham. The relationship is current, and it is about real players on real courts.

Purpose Meets Performance

Behind the design is tournament-level engineering. The next production run uses the same specification as the current Ukraine Edition: a Toray T700 raw carbon fiber face for control, spin and durability, over a hybrid vibration-dampening core, in a compression-molded unibody construction.
