Freedom Fighter Paddle Donation – Support Ukraine Through Play

The Freedom Fighter Paddle™ is more than a paddle.
It’s a symbol of unity, dignity, and freedom — created through a historic partnership between Anywhere Pickleball and the All-Ukrainian Pickleball Federation (UPF).
Together, we launched the first humanitarian sports equipment collaboration between a U.S. pickleball brand and the national pickleball federation in Ukraine.

How It Works?

Your donation builds a direct bridge between two nations.
Each $198 contribution creates two paddles:

1️⃣ One is donated to a Ukrainian player through UPF.
2️⃣ One is sent to you as a thank-you for standing with them.
3️⃣ You may double the impact by donating both to Ukraine.

This donation-only model ensures every paddle has purpose — strengthening communities and spreading hope through play.

Why Pickleball Matters in a Time of War?

Even in times of conflict, life goes on— and play becomes a form of resilience. Across Ukraine, civilians rebuild, teach, love, and care for one another. Through sport, they find moments of peace. Pickleball is more than a game; it’s therapy, connection, and courage in motion.

As one Ukrainian player said:

“When we play pickleball, we forget the sound of sirens. We hear the sound of the ball and laughter instead. And that’s enough.”

Therefore, each donation does more than supply equipment — it restores community, dignity, and hope.

The Freedom Fighter Paddle – Ukrainian Edition, designed by Andrii Voloshyn, Dasha Volkova, Anna Glotova, and Angus Wong.

Etched with Taras Shevchenko’s immortal words,

“Борітеся — поборете!” (“Fight — and you shall overcome.”)
this edition carries the White Stork (Leleka) and the golden Tryzub, symbols of courage, homecoming, and renewal.
Its blue and gold colors reflect faith and freedom in motion.

Freedom Fighter Paddle – U.S. Edition

The Freedom Fighter Paddle – U.S. Edition, designed in collaboration with Anywhere Pickleball, embodies courage and unity with its bold red and blue design and the words “Freedom Lies in Being Bold.”

Inspired by Robert Frost’s quote,

“Freedom lies in being bold.”
The U.S. Edition features a Bald Eagle in flight, trimmed in Old Glory red and blue — celebrating unity, bravery, and the will to act. Stamped in rugged Veteran Typewriter font, this paddle embodies the courage to act when it counts.

Together, these paddles mirror one another — one born of endurance, the other of courage.
Both stand for the same idea: Freedom through Play.
